As a manager in tech, I enjoy surrounding myself with great people. Steve and Cathy not only meet - but exceed - that bar. Not only that, they're simply great people to be around. A few years ago they helped my wife and I manage a difficult situation. Recently they helped us negotiate/purchase our dream house. When the lender started playing games due to new-construction, Steve went above/beyond to get the deal closed on time so we could avoid an extra month at our old place. They have now handled several deals for our extended family -- all over the state of WA -- and I would go out of my way to send friends/family to them in the future. I can't say enough nice things about them.
